We are subject-matter experts in our respective disciplines and look to use that experience in a more integrated, holistic manner.


We bring our deep industry expertise to support start-up, early venture, and growth stage insurance-focused organizations during their build-out phase. We ARE who founders call to create the insurance assets needed to design, incubate, and accelerate their teams’ vision. Above all, we are the insurance practitioners the industry trusts to deliver innovative approaches to products and ideas.

We are looking to bring in our first in-house Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner in a contract or fractional capacity for 6-12+ month long engagement.

KEY POSITION HIGHLIGHTS:
 

  • Location: 100% Remote

  • Hours: 20-40/hrs week in contract role capacity

  • Contract duration: 6-12 months with possibility to extend

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Establish a talent acquisition strategy for both active and passive sourcing, and resource planning

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and writing job descriptions

  • Using innovative methods, source target candidates, and conduct applicant screening interviews to assess their qualifications and cultural fit

  • Identify top candidates and reach out to them directly outside of inbound applications

  • Provide a best-in-class experience for candidates with an efficient yet high-touch end-to-end process

  • Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and internal team, and manage activities from sourcing through to onboarding

  • Assist in development of any HR policies and updates to existing due to changes in employment law or best practices

  • Work closely with the COO to identify areas for process improvements and new initiatives related to employee engagement

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • 5+ years of full cycle recruiting, ideally in a fast-paced environment  

  • Experience working in the commercial insurance industry or comprehensive understanding of commercial insurance as it relates to the various types of roles and responsibilities

  • Experience screening and assessing candidates across a variety of roles for technical and cultural qualities

  • A clear and persuasive communicator in articulating the employer brand to candidates, both verbally and in writing across various external platforms.

  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
