Sproutr helps MGAs, MGUs, program administrators, and carriers validate, design, and launch P&C insurance programs. In two and a half years, we've launched over 60 programs with 35+ clients. That pace requires a specific kind of team. A team comprised of individuals who prefers the creativity of the build phase over the monitoring and hustle of the post-launch phase.
We're looking for insurance professionals who can do the strategic thinking and the actual work - people who can assess market viability, design the product structure, build the rating algorithm, and write the underwriting guidelines. We don't have layers of hierarchy or endless review cycles. You'll work directly on client projects that go to market.
